I asked if they could please expedite the order because I was in a new home without any window coverings and I saw a review (on their site of course) before ordering that said the person got their items really quick. I placed a large order, tried multiple times to ask questions about the order and WHEN they replied they were terribly rude. I think the fact that this place has a 1 star review and an F rating on the BBB says it all.
